At FLO (Frontline Outreach, Inc.), our mission is to remove transportation barriers by providing compassionate transportation funding and support that helps individuals access critical healthcare and essential services with dignity, hope, and reliability.
Built on faith, compassion, and service, FLO exists to support seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and underserved members of our community who are facing challenges accessing life-sustaining medical care and essential appointments. We believe no individual should miss critical treatment or healthcare because of financial hardship or lack of transportation support.
Our outreach is centered around meeting people where they are — emotionally, spiritually, and practically. Through encouragement, prayer, community partnerships, and transportation assistance, FLO works to bring hope and stability to individuals and families during difficult seasons of life.
Beyond helping individuals access medical appointments such as dialysis treatments, cancer care, rehabilitation services, and specialist visits, FLO is committed to building stronger and healthier communities through genuine relationships, compassion-driven support, and sustainable community impact.
OUR TEAM
Jeremy McGilberry
Executive Director
Jeremy McGilberry is the founder and Executive Director of Frontline Outreach, Inc. With a heart for service and a calling to make a difference, Jeremy brings years of leadership, military experience, and community engagement to the forefront of this mission.
As a U.S. Army veteran and former contract specialist, Jeremy understands the importance of discipline, organization, and empathy. He saw firsthand how lack of transportation could hold people back from receiving essential medical care, and it was this need that sparked the vision for Frontline Outreach.
Driven by faith and a passion for helping others, Jeremy created a nonprofit that puts people first—offering non-emergency medical transportation with compassion, reliability, and dignity. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to bridging gaps, building trust, and empowering individuals one ride at a time.
Josh King
Board Member
Josh King is a dedicated board member and faith-driven leader committed to serving others with excellence and humility. With a strong belief in servant leadership and community empowerment, Josh brings thoughtful insight, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to the mission of Frontline Outreach, Inc.
As a board member, Josh helps guide the direction of the organization, ensuring our services remain focused, sustainable, and rooted in compassion. He plays a key role in decision-making, planning, and aligning the organization’s goals with its faith-based mission.
In his role as Operations Improvement Lead, Josh focuses on strengthening the efficiency and quality of our services. He evaluates processes, identifies areas for improvement, and helps implement solutions that enhance the day-to-day impact of our non-emergency medical transportation program. His efforts ensure that Frontline Outreach operates with excellence, integrity, and care.
Josh’s faith and dedication to service shine through in everything he does. His leadership helps us grow not just as an organization—but as a movement committed to restoring hope and access in every ride we provide.
Chris Norris
Board Member
Chris Norris is a committed board member and the creative mind behind the visual identity of Frontline Outreach, Inc. A man of strong faith and vision, Chris brings both artistic excellence and a heart for service to the organization.
As part of the board, Chris contributes to strategic decision-making and long-term planning, always keeping the organization’s mission front and center. In his role as Marketing & Visual Media Coordinator, he oversees all graphic design, branding, and advertising efforts—ensuring that everything from our printed materials to our online presence communicates professionalism, clarity, and compassion.
Chris’s designs help connect the community to our message of hope, faith, and action. Through flyers, social media graphics, vehicle branding, and more, he helps us present our mission in a way that inspires trust, awareness, and support.
With every design he produces and every meeting he joins, Chris leads with faith, excellence, and a desire to uplift the communities we serve.
